No case studies yet. Here's the thinking instead.

Daena is new. Rather than dress up numbers we haven't earned, this page shows exactly how we work, what you get before you pay anything, and the terms we're offering our first clients.

The growth audit

Every relationship starts the same way, and it costs you nothing. We take a proper look at what you're running now and write up what we find. It's yours regardless of whether you hire us — take it to another agency if you like.

It's also the honest answer to "why should we trust you". You get to judge the quality of our thinking before any money changes hands.

What's in it

A 10–12 page teardown

  • Tracking audit. Is your conversion data actually correct? We check the pixel, the ticketing platform hand-off, double-counting and attribution windows. This is where we usually find the first real problem.
  • Funnel walkthrough. We go through the buying journey as a customer would, on a phone, on mobile data, and note every place it leaks.
  • Page performance. Load times measured properly, with the specific fixes ranked by impact.
  • Campaign review. Your last flight — structure, targeting, creative rotation, what we'd cut and what we'd scale.
  • Ranked fix list. Ordered by money recovered per hour of work, not by what's easiest for us to sell you.

Why an engineer is on this call

The problems most agencies file a ticket for.

These are the issues that quietly waste budget. They're all engineering problems, which is why marketing-only agencies tend to route around them rather than fix them.

01

Tracking that lies

Duplicate purchase events, a pixel firing on page load instead of confirmation, ticketing platforms that redirect and drop the source. Your ROAS looks fine and your bank balance disagrees.

02

Pages that lose the sale

A landing page taking four seconds on 4G outside a venue is a page most people never see. Speed is a conversion problem long before it's an SEO one.

03

Data that never connects

Your ticketing platform knows exactly who bought. Your ad platform is guessing. Wiring the two together properly changes which campaigns you think are working.

04

Manual work eating the week

Exporting buyer lists by hand, rebuilding the same audiences, copying numbers into a deck. All automatable, and the hours go back into the actual campaign.

05

Reporting nobody trusts

If your dashboard and your finance team disagree, the dashboard loses and everyone stops looking at it. We build reporting off the source of truth.

The point

Fix the floor before you spend more

Pouring budget into a funnel that leaks is the most expensive mistake in performance marketing. We'd rather spend week one fixing measurement than week one spending your money.

How a campaign runs

The on-sale runbook.

Entertainment doesn't run on quarters, it runs on dates. Everything we do is organised around yours.

T-6 WEEKS

Wire up the measurement

Tracking rebuilt and verified end to end before a penny of spend. Test purchases run through the real funnel to confirm every event fires exactly once, with the right value attached.

T-4 WEEKS

Build the audiences and the creative

Segments built from real buyer data where it exists. Enough creative variants to rotate hard through the flight rather than burning one asset into the ground.

T-2 WEEKS

Warm the list

Presale and waitlist capture live. The cheapest ticket you sell is the one that goes to someone already on your list, so we'd rather grow it before on-sale than buy the same person twice.

ON-SALE DAY

War room

Both of us watching, from before doors open. Budget moves between cities and creative rotates through the day. This is the day that decides the campaign, and it's not a day for a scheduled check-in.

AFTER

Honest post-mortem

What worked, what didn't, what we'd stop doing. Including the parts that went badly — you'll find that more useful than a highlight reel, and so will we.

The deal

Founding clients

We need case studies. You'd rather not pay full rate to an agency that can't show you any. There's an obvious trade here.

Reduced rates

Our first clients pay meaningfully less than our standard fees, for the same two senior people doing the actual work.

In exchange for the story

Permission to publish what happened once we have results — with any commercially sensitive numbers redacted or expressed as percentages. You approve it before it goes up.

No lock-in either way

Month to month. Every account in your name from day one. If it isn't working after the first campaign, we shake hands and you keep the setup.

Next step

Start with the audit.

It's free, it's written, and it's yours to keep whatever you decide afterwards. Tell us what you're putting on sale and we'll go and look.
