Marketing Technology

The part most agencies outsource, and the reason we exist as a pair. When the problem turns out to be technical — and it often does — we fix it rather than adding it to a list for someone else.

What it covers

  • Conversion tracking rebuilt and verified, including server-side events
  • Ticketing platform, CRM and ad platform data joined up properly
  • CRM setup and integration between tools that do not speak to each other
  • Analytics and reporting automated off the source of truth instead of copied by hand
  • Domains, DNS, hosting and the ongoing technical support nobody else will own

One number, one definition

Why this usually comes first

A meaningful share of wasted ad spend is an engineering problem wearing a marketing costume. Double-counted conversions make a bad campaign look good. A ticketing platform that will not talk to your pixel means the algorithm optimises toward the wrong people. A landing page that takes four seconds on 4G loses the visitors you already paid for.

None of that is visible in a media report, which is why it survives for years. We check it before we recommend spending anything, and the check is part of the free audit rather than a paid engagement.

How it is billed

Included in ongoing engagements rather than quoted as a separate project. That is deliberate: if the technical work is a line item, it becomes the line item that gets cut, and then the rest of the programme is running on numbers nobody trusts.

Every account, property, container and dashboard is created in your name from day one. If you leave, you leave with the whole setup and no unpicking to do.
